Shipping & Returns

Domestic Shipping

From our Murrieta headquarters, Skylar Yoo ships worldwide via USPS. We ship orders Monday through Friday. Shipping times are dependent on the choice of shipping delivery option.

Please note that it will take between one to five business days to process and fulfill your order. Shipping time will be added on top of that.

There are three shipping options:

  • USPS First Class Mail Parcel (within 3 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (within 2 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day)

    Please note, some t-shirts will be delivered directly from a warehouse so shipping could take anywhere from two to five business days.

    If you are purchasing different types of products, your shipping options will be USPS Priority Mail (within 2 business days) and USPS Priority Mail Express (1 business day).

    For all art prints, it will take between three to seven business days to process your order. Don't fret! More than half of our art prints are shipped within three business days or less. It may take a little while to get your print, but we promise, you'll love it!

    USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express include online tracking. Please wait 24-48 hours for the tracking code to update on the USPS website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking code please check your spam folder. If you're still having trouble, contact us at support@skylaryoo.com and we'll be happy to help.

    Skylar Yoo does not guarantee delivery dates for any shipments.

    For all domestic orders, we use real-time carrier shipping rates based on total order weight and distance. 

    International Shipping

    We are happy to ship to countries around the world via USPS. Because of customs it is difficult to estimate delivery times. It seems most international shipments arrive within two weeks but occasionally take longer.

  • SPS First Class Mail International: Most affordable. Most packages arrive in 1-3 weeks, but times may vary. Please be be aware that parcel tracking may not be available for USPS FCMI.
  • USPS Priority Mail International: Packages arrive usually within 10 days. Includes parcel tracking.
  • USPS Priority Mail Express International: Packages arrive within three to five business days.

    Customs Fees / VAT / Duties

    Please be aware that you - or the recipient, if you are sending a gift - may be responsible for additional customs fees, VAT, or duties charged during the process of delivering your order. These fees are controlled by government authorities in your home country and can vary from area to area. It is unfortunately quite difficult to estimate what these fees might be prior to shipping and we encourage you to check with the laws in your area if you have further questions. In these instances the item will be held by your local post office; if your item has not arrived, please check with your local post office.

    Shipping Restrictions:

    We are unable to ship our art prints to: Cuba, Iran, and North Korea.

    Returns

    Your happiness is of the utmost importance to us. If you aren’t completely thrilled about your purchase, we will refund your money right away.

    Our #1 priority here at Skylar Yoo is your happiness. This means we stand by our product 100%, no matter what, no questions asked, no holds barred, no ifs, ands or buts. If you have a problem, we'll solve it. Doesn't fit right? We'll refund it. Found a defect? We'll send you a new product. Not the most comfortable shirt you have ever owned?
